If you can dream it… VQC can seam it!
One of the most important services VQC provides is measuring. Measuring is a critical detail to ensure fabrication to the exact specifications. Our trained technicians utilize electronic laser measuring technology for flawless details. Digital photos and site diagrams accompany the measures taken. All the gathered information is then transferred to our computer generated work orders which ensure fabricators have the most concise information to work from.
VQC installation procedure includes five specific steps. The first requires the coordination of product shipments by carrier, freight service, or VQC delivery trucks. Second, we establish proper warehousing, site storage, and staging of products. The third step is the actual installation of hardware and soft goods. Fourth, our attention focuses on the dressing of recently installed goods. Then finally, a walk thru is done to ensure all turnover requirements are met. Our numerous installation crews both within the region or across the nation are coordinated by our dedicated Logistics Manager. Each installation technician is required to participate in our in-house training program. VQC proudly maintains their own fleet of vehicles which provides for a constant source for installation. VQC takes full responsibility for work and the installers work. We do not stop until complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
